Our Teacher Training Program can commence at any time with 2 (5) day sessions to complete the 10-Day Intensive and Practicum. This training was created for new and past trainees alike and anyone wanting to go deeper in yoga. We have had several yogis from Encinitas and world wide doing their continuing education and enjoying the beauty and fun of Point Arena and it's majestic surroundings.

Our Renowned 10-Day Intensive is now split into Two 5-Day Intensives .

Our wonderful Certified Synergy teacher, Pam Mason, will start a Gentle Synergy Class on Thursday July 15, 2010 at 5:30 pm. We have been waiting a long time for this class for our long time students who cannot make it to morning classes. Pam is a wonderful, joyful and enthusiastic Teacher. Samadhi Boy is so happy Pam passed her finals with flying colors!
