Four Upcoming Events At Synergy Yoga/ Surf Therapy

May 15th,  3:00 pm  Tibetan Monks from The Gaden Shartse Monestary will share Sacred Earth and Healing Arts of Tibet, at Surf Therapy Yoga.  Join us for a Gathering and Blessing after a Town Blessing.

June 4 -- 5, 11 am to 2 pm  The  6 Month Synergy Yoga Therapy Training

Yoga Therapy is an advanced form of therapy and healing. This training is open to all whether you have yoga experience or not.  The training in itself is deeply therapeutic.

Starts June 4, and subsequent weekends in  July, August, September, and October; six months training with home study practicum.

June 6--13, daily 8 am to 6 pm (approximately)  Surf Therapy Yoga is offering its Tri-Annual Yoga Retreat and simultaneous Yoga Teacher Training for beginning students to experienced yogis alike.

This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in seven days of yoga lifestyle; enjoy the incredible benefits of  the practice of yoga.

August 15 - 19  Surf Therapy Yoga Deep Sea Fishing /Yoga/ Meditation retreat on Cedros Island, Baja California, Mexico.

If you love fishing and you want to learn a bit about yoga; morning and evening 20 minute yoga classes, World Class fishing in between, in a very beautiful place.  A brilliant weekend.
